No, we DO NOT charge you a fee each time you add a learner to the Genius system as most Training Management Software vendors and LMS software does.
We find that our clients prefer to know exactly what they are spending with us each month, so we charge a fixed subscription each month.

Yes, Genius has a minimum of x2 licences with no maximum. Enterprise has a minimum x30 licences with no maximum.

Genius has a £995 one time setup fee. Genius Enterprise is priced on an individual basis.

Sure we can import existing data which could save you hours, days or even weeks depending on the amount of data you have. Just present it to us in csv format and we charge a one time fee for data import with prices ranging from £600. We can give you an accurate quote for this before work begins, but our average import charge is just £600.

Genius is a minimum 12 month contract, after the initial 12 months it is a rolling 12 month contract so you can renew for 12 months at a time when your initial 12 months expires. Enterprise is a minimum 24 month contract.

If you ever leave Genius you can take your data with you, it's all yours, however we do charge an admin fee to provide this. If you don't we delete it after 7 days.

We take payment by subscription on a monthly basis (1st of the month in advance) this is done by charging your business debit card using Stripe and is a fully automated process.
If you use our web site integration we also take the commission payment using this same payment method each month.

To break up with Genius we don't insist that you 'at least have the guts to do it to my face!', you can send us a 'Dear Jon' email giving 30 days notice 1 month before the end of your 12 month contract. No penalties, no fees to pay, just a teary goodbye.
Unlike a bitter lover we don't hold a grudge and will always take you back with open arms. Some may leave.. but they all come back in the end!
