Minimum Contracts
Lite has no minimum contract, Premium is a minimum 12 month contract, Enterprise 24 month contract.
Monthly Subscriptions
All monthly subscriptions are taken by credit/debit card.

Is there a set up fee?

Can I switch plans without losing my data?
Yes, you can switch plans, just be aware that switching from Lite to Premium will incur a setup fee plus a minimum 12 month contract.
Can I add / remove Licences?
You can add licences at any time, you can only reduce licences on renewal of your contract (every 12 months).
Do I need a credit/debit card to sign up?
Yes, we take your subscription using credit/debit card only as the subscription system is fully automated.
Can I cancel at anytime?

Lite, yes you can without any notice.

Premium and Enterprise have a minimum contract, when you are out of contract you can agree another 12 or 24 months or quit.
Do you offer discounts?
No, we don't offer discounts regardless of number of licences. This ensures that everyone gets the very best deal.
Do you discount if I pay annually?
No, we don't offer annual payment plans, we only offer monthly subscriptions.
What happens to my Data if I leave?
We can export your data so you can take this with you (there may be a charge for this). We then delete your data 7 days after your contract is terminated.
